First stage
Examination of the candidate’s academic record
- Examination of the results and assessments of the first and final year report cards in science, literature and foreign languages. Candidates are assessed on the basis of their relative position in their class.
- Letter of motivation (educational plans) and curriculum vitae (activities and interests).
- Interest in the areas of training (IT and industry) and knowledge of the IG2I.
Each year an admission threshold and an eligibility threshold are defined.
- If your application is above the admission threshold, you are admitted directly to the IG2I.
- If your application is below the eligibility threshold, you will not be admitted.
- If your application is between the two thresholds, you will be invited to an oral test. This will determine whether or not you will be admitted to the IG2I.
Seconde stage
Please note: only eligible candidates between the two thresholds will be invited to an oral test. It is at the end of this test that you will be admitted or not to the IG2I.
Oral test
The oral test is a 20-minute interview designed to assess the candidate’s motivation.
Eligible applicants choose the day and time of their oral test on Parcoursup.
L’épreuve orale a lieu dans les locaux de l’IG2I, 13 rue Jean Souvraz à Lens.
Results
The results are published on the national Parcoursup portal.
